1. Swatches

Fabric color samples, commonly known as palm samples or Labdip, are color weaving samples selected by fabric suppliers according to the requirements of customers or clothing companies, and are mainly used to determine the color of fabrics, called swatches. The weaving of the swatches requires fast and accurate. Usually, the customer specifies the color number that needs to be proofed. The source of the color number is usually provided by the supplier, or the color number is selected from the PantoneCNCS color card series. Pantone's color number is an international color number, so some clerks of custom scarf customers will also mark the color number, which is helpful for our team to control the color of the scarf!

2. Shaka

Yarn card, also known as thread card, is to determine the characteristics of the weave composition, feeling and yarn model of the fabric. In the fabric quotation, the yarn card is obtained with the unit members and sent to the customer, and the appropriate yarn sample is selected as the final standard of the product to ensure ready-to-wear. production quality.

3. Confirmation board

The confirmation board, also known as the approval board, is a template for the customer to confirm the overall effect of the surface accessories before the official production of the surface accessories. Items that need to be confirmed for the confirmation board include: texture, composition, thickness, weight, width, specifications, color, pattern texture, texture, feel, elasticity, drape, color fastness, etc. After testing, sorting effects; origin and supplier.

In addition, it should also include information such as approved commodity manufacturers and initial order quantities. After the customer's confirmation, the supplier can arrange the production of the bulk commodity. Confirmation boards are divided into several common models according to the focus of the confirmation content.

(1) Touchpad. When customers have special touch requirements for finished products, especially those after various soft washing, they should ask customers for the final touch panel, and hand over the touch panel and standard requirements and other information to the fabric department or processing factory. The fabric department or processing factory should strictly check the touch standard when producing or washing large fabrics, and try to make the soft code of the fabric meet the touch requirements of customers.

(2) Printing/embroidery board. The printing/embroidery board is based on the customer's requirements, using the correct color base material, printing material, embroidery thread, accurate color matching, pattern type, texture, accurate position and uniform pattern specification. After the sample is checked and confirmed by the outsourced personnel, it is sent to the customer to approve the pattern effect approval board. Only customers who pass the confirmed samples can enter into bulk commodity production. These steps should complete. Printing/Embroidery Confirmation Board The production time of the embroidery confirmation board is about 5 days. Outsourcing personnel should make a record of the handover of printing/embroidery boards, including the name of the outsourced factory, contact information, printing/embroidery price, quality and other information, so as to inquire and contact similar processing businesses in the future. (3) Wash the plate. The washing board is washed according to customer requirements, and the shrinkage, feeling, elasticity, grinding and fading effects of surface auxiliary materials after washing are detected. Different washing methods of the same fabric will have different post-sorting effects, so you should pay attention to accurate control of washing conditions when tracking orders.
