1. Swatches

The weaving of the swatches requires fast and accurate. Usually, the customer specifies the color number that needs to be proofed. The source of the color number is usually provided by the supplier, or the color number is selected from the PantoneCNCS color card series. Pantone's color number is an international color number, so some clerks of custom scarf customers will also mark the color number, which is helpful for our team to control the color of the scarf!
2. Shaka
Yarn card, also known as thread card, is to determine the characteristics of the weave composition, feeling and yarn model of the fabric. In the fabric quotation, the yarn card is obtained with the unit members and sent to the customer, and the appropriate yarn sample is selected as the final standard of the product to ensure ready-to-wear. production quality.
3. Confirmation board
The confirmation board, also known as the approval board, is a template for the customer to confirm the overall effect of the surface accessories before the official production of the surface accessories. Items that need to be confirmed for the confirmation board include: texture, composition, thickness, weight, width, specifications, color, pattern texture, texture, feel, elasticity, drape, color fastness, etc. After testing, sorting effects; origin and supplier.
